Thomas Furguson, born and raised in Burlington, is a Vermont native. From his graduation from high school onwards, he has worked in a variety of trades, including construction. Having been part of the community for many years, Thomas Furguson feels he has a responsibility to provide the highest quality service to his customers. This is accomplished by using products that align with his values of preserving the natural beauty and history of Vermont. The sport of skiing is one of his favorites. Business development, client service, and project oversight are handled by Thomas Furguson, an organization's executive director. Throughout each day he fosters an inclusive environment in which information is shared and mutual encouragement is a norm. Thomas Furguson works on this project from start to finish. In his role, he takes care of client-side issues, addresses front-end issues, as well as estimates how exactly the process can be improved.

John Springer

Montpelier, Vermont, is where John Springer grew up. Since graduating from high school, he has worked in a variety of trades in the construction industry. The company's owner John-Springer believes that it is his responsibility to provide the best quality of service to the people in his community. As part of his goal to preserve Vermont's history and natural beauty, he utilizes products aligned with his core values. His favorite activity is being outdoors. The projects that John Springer oversees for the company include business development and client service. Positive interactions between him and his students are the result of learning, sharing information, and mutual encouragement. John Springer is involved in all phases of the project. His duties often include assisting clients in defining project parameters, handling front-end issues, and estimating what needs to be done to improve performance.
